About The Book
I didn’t write this E-book based on the years I spent in University or from my post graduate studies in Psychology. I didn’t write this from what I learned in supervision, or from the countless hours of one on one sessions with clients. I wrote it from first-hand lived experience from years of psychological abuse from two narcissists in my life; both who were as equally kind as they were abusive; which made things even more complex and complicated to acknowledge, understand, and heal from.
Letter From the Author
Hi, I’m Jess. A Psychotherapist, Attachment Trauma Coach, & Host of The Living Out Loud Podcast. I help people break-free from toxic relationship patterns, reclaim their voice, and reconnect with who they truly are.
Over the years, I’ve come to understand the deep wounds caused by narcissistic abuse. The confusion, the self-doubt, the gaslighting; it’s not just about what happened in the relationship, it’s about how it made you feel about yourself. Healing isn’t just about moving on, it’s about coming home to yourself & rediscovering who you truly are.
That’s why I created this E-book. It’s a gentle guide to help you begin (or deepen) your healing journey. Inside, you’ll find tools, reflections, and insights to help you:
Understand what narcissistic abuse really is; and how it impacts you
Break the trauma bond and reconnect with your inner truth
Set healthy boundaries without guilt or fear
Rebuild your self-worth from the inside out
This isn’t just information; it’s transformation. My hope is that this book helps you feel seen, validated, and empowered to reclaim your life.
You are not alone. You are not broken. And you are worthy of a life that feels safe, clear, and full of self-trust.
With love,
Jess 💛
